About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar & Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our entertainment venue in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will hold a valid RSA Certificate and Approved Manager Licence as required under WA liquor licensing laws, with at least 1–2 years of experience in bar or hospitality management. You will be responsible for supervising and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth bar operations, including stock control, ordering, cash handling, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with a fun and approachable attitude that creates a welcoming environment for guests. The role requires solid knowledge of cocktails and beverages, flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays, and a passion for delivering exceptional nightlife experiences. Experience with karaoke or entertainment venues is highly regarded but not essential. Requirements
RSA Certificate(Responsible Service of Alcohol)- valid in WA
Approved Manager Licence( as required under WA liquor licensing laws.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bar or hospitality management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar operations.
Ability to handle stock control, ordering, and cash management.
Strong customer service focus with a fun, approachable attitude.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience with Karaoke, entertainment venues, or nightlife operations(preferred but not essentials).
