About the Role

Requirements
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in line with venue standards.
Create cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency.
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, glassware, and equipment.
Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible service of alcohol in line with RSA guidelines.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, processing payments and balancing tills.
Assist with stock control, including restocking, rotating inventory, and reporting shortages.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Valid RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
Previous experience as a bartender or in a hospitality role (preferred).
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar service techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
